LLC for Humans is a business filing service, not a law firm. By using this service, you agree that we prepare and file business formation documents based on the information you provide and that we do not provide legal advice or representation.

You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all state fees, franchise taxes, and ongoing compliance obligations of your LLC. State filing fees collected at checkout are pass-through and are paid to the California Secretary of State on your behalf.

Our service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service.
