Refund Policy

Full refund of the service fee is available any time before we begin preparing your filing with the California Secretary of State. Request a refund by replying to your order confirmation email.

Once filing has begun, the service fee becomes non-refundable because work has been performed on your order.

The $70 California state filing fee is non-refundable once submitted to the Secretary of State. If you cancel before we submit, the state fee is refunded in full.
